Latest COVID InformationAll ITC qualifications are on demand, through Centres, and are no longer impacted by COVID 19.  If isolation or infection to a learner occurs during a qualification, special considerations may apply as per ITC Policies and as per any other illness that arises mid-course.  All learners can make a Complaint or Appeal via ITC’s Policies. ITC qualification results are issued on an ad-hoc basis and therefore the Summer release date for Vocational qualifications/GCSE Qualifications/A Level Qualifications is not applicable.

We exist to help Centres deliver quality training.

We are an established and growing Awarding Organisation / Body with experience of supporting Centres in the training sector.  We work closely with sector bodies, key training providers and employers to develop tailored, easy to use qualifications for ITC Centres.  We are especially renowned for supporting Centres delivering first aid qualifications.

We have a commitment to a quality service that we believe offers the best possible package for all our Centres.
