Using ITC's Quality Management Information System

This event has been developed to assist Centre staff with the administrative procedures, documents and use of ITC WebOffice involved with being an ITC Centre.

There will be opportunity to meet and discuss any aspect of ITC Centre management with a member of the ITC Operations Team.

This event is programmed 3 times per year.  We will travel to Centres in the UK if required.  Centre visits will incur a charge.

Topics include:

  • Using your ITC WebOffice -  Centre documents, course registrations, candidate registrations
  • Practice exercises with the ITC Web office
  • Assessment procedures - explanation, including invigilation and data protection
  • Quality Assurance procedures - explanation, valid for your Centre
  • Placing orders for candidate registration, web office invoicing procedures
  • Qualification specific requirements, valid for your Centre e.g. Offering Outdoor First Aid
  • Assessment evidence capture

All ITC CPD events are recorded in line with current regulations.
