We would encourage you all to log in to the new website and begin using the new features as soon as possible. Enjoy exploring the different areas, managing your staff and uploading documents.
It is anticipated that we will continue to run both websites in parallel until 1 September 2016 to allow centres to transition and get used to the new site. In order to assist with the transition we have transferred your centre policies and procedures, your assessor’s documents and your May courses (where applicable), allowing instant use. The transfer of support resources is an ongoing project and the most common qualifications have been fully transferred.
Over the course of the next few months we will develop ‘How-to on the new web office’documents… Watch this space!

Centre Managers will be able to use their existing (group) log in details. Where Centre managers are also assessors access to both areas can be gained with your single log in details.
It would be great if you could let us know when you would like to fully migrate to the ITC website (i.e. stop using itcfirstaid.org.uk). We will assist you in this process.
ITC First staff will be available to help you smoothly transition.
